Ro C? is a Bayesian supervised classifier able to handle incomplete
databases with no assumption about the missing data mechanism.

Ro C? Version 1.0 (Beta) requires MS Windows 9x/NT, 32MB RAM
(64MB preferred) and 10MB of free disk space.
