Installed Plugins

Plugins are mainly user-contributed add-ons that enhance and extend TWiki features and capabilities. A limited number of plugins are included in the core TWiki distribution - and any of those can be removed - while the rest are optional, available from TWiki:Plugins.PluginPackage.

Here is a list of the plugins currently installed and enabled on this TWiki site:

• Spread Sheet Plugin (any TWiki, $Rev: 16273 (22 Jan 2008) $): Add spreadsheet calculation like "$SUM( $ABOVE() )" to TWiki tables and other topic text
• Black List Plugin (any TWiki, 13186): Utility to keep malicious users away from a public TWiki site
• Book Plugin (1.000): This plugin can be used to specify some simple custom rendering rules. It also renders depreciated *_text_* as bold italic text.
• Comment Plugin (TWiki-4, $Rev: 15776 (22 Jan 2008) $): Allows users to quickly post comments to a page without an edit/preview/save cycle
• Edit Table Plugin (4.7.10, $Rev: 16239 (22 Jan 2008) $): Edit TWiki tables using edit fields, date pickers and drop down boxes
• Interwiki Plugin (Dakar, $Rev: 14913 (17 Sep 2007) $): Link ExternalSite:Page text to external sites based on aliases defined in a rules topic
• Preferences Plugin (TWiki-4.2, $Rev: 15487 (22 Jan 2008) $): Allows editing of preferences using fields predefined in a form
• Slide Show Plugin (Any TWiki, $Rev: 15091 (22 Jan 2008) $): Create web based presentations based on topics with headings.
• Smilies Plugin (Dakar, $Rev: 16049 (22 Jan 2008) $): Render smilies as icons, like for  :-) or for  :eek:
• Spaced Wiki Word Plugin (Dakar, $Rev: 13635 (05 May 2007) $): Display TWiki links spaced out
• Table Plugin (1.032, $Rev: 16182 (22 Jan 2008) $): Control attributes of tables and sorting of table columns
• Tiny MCEPlugin (TWiki-4, $Rev: 16268 (22 Jan 2008) $): Integration of Tiny MCE? with Wysiwyg Plugin
• Twisty Plugin (1.4.9, $Rev: 15653 (19 Nov 2007) $): Twisty section JavaScript library to open/close content dynamically
• Wysiwyg Plugin (TWiki-4.2, $Rev: 16174 (22 Jan 2008) $): Translator framework for Wysiwyg editors

Administrators can enable and disable plugins using configure.
